Today I am “drifting” walking along the beach complete with all the trappings of jackets; beanies and scarves. A massive fur seal controls back beach as her domain and walkers and dogs alike are giving her a wide berth.

Winter Solstice is here … lean into the shortest day of the year and this Capricorn full moon and our own season of “wintering” - a prompt from Mother Nature to encourage us to slow down; reflect ; rest.
