Women's Health Weekend: A Holistic Approach to Optimal Well-being

Join us for our inaugural Women's Health Weekend - an immersive event designed to nurture and empower women.

Over the course of the weekend we’ll run 3 workshops, where we’ll share insights and evidence-based approaches to help women navigate the unique challenges they face. We’ll explore various aspects of women's health, including stress, hormone balance, fasting, neuro-endocrine issues, longevity, and the impact of diet and lifestyle habits on overall well-being

You’ll also have the opportunity to recharge with a carefully curated mix of activities, delicious food and holistic treatments that will nourish your body and mind. Activities such as nature walks, yoga and meditation sessions, group meals, campfire gatherings will provide opportunities for participants to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with each other and the natural world.

There’ll also be the option of booking a wellness therapy session (or a few) with our affiliated professionals.

Whether you're looking to improve your physical, mental, or emotional well-being, Women's Health Weekend has something to offer everyone. Join us for a transformative experience that will leave you feeling empowered and inspired to take charge of your health and well-being.
